Intuit Data Exchange Strategy (IDX)
Overview:
Partnered closely with the product team to define the future state of IDX - Reimagine data exchange, which shaped the majority of the business unit's roadmap for FY21. This was the first time Design had the opportunity to influence and co-create the vision and strategy for the tech-heavy platform team.
Challenge:
Our Intuit offerings are experiencing a low connection success rate: QBO (62.5%), Mint (50.4%), and CK (68.2%). Data is imperative for delivering value to our customers and is foundational for our ecosystem strategy.
The XBU teams thinks that the 'connection experience' owned by the platform team, adds friction, but they are unsure of the reasons behind this issue and how to solve it as this is a multi-faceted problem
The qualitative insights from customers were fragmented between teams
ROLE: Managed, designed and guided my team across multiple work streams both existing and those that emerged from the reimagine effort - Personalization, Manage Connections, Reuse connections, Experience Refresh etc.
