Hello 👋🏾, I'm Gerald Carvalho, a T-shaped Design Leader with over 20 years of experience in various domains, including fintech, health tech, e-commerce, platform & cloud computing, and ESG & construction planning. My diverse skill set encompasses design strategy, user experience, leadership, research, and prototyping.

I apply a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to align design with business goals and user needs. My track record includes successful product management and launches in areas such as business banking, accelerated payments, and working capital experiences. I also leverage my skills as a design strategy consultant for startups, focusing on crafting exceptional user experiences through user research and prototyping.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my passions for mixology, sailing, fishing, snowboarding and photography. I'm always seeking new opportunities to expand my horizons and bring innovative design solutions to the table.
